The best advice I can give you is...Get Your Head Out Of The Clouds!

It never ceases to amaze me that "Christians" are so fixed on going to heaven when they die, they have missed the whole point of life.  Let's settle a couple things right now.

One.  Everyone goes to heaven when they die...everyone.  Oh, wait, you think heaven is only for "good" people.  Sorry, "heaven" is just a resting place (for good and bad people) until judgement.  When you die, you just go to "sleep"...no streets of gold or partying with loved ones; no "mansions" and no sitting on a cloud with a harp.  "Heaven" is a cemetery for souls.  It's not Purgatory...there are no second chances.  It's just a resting place until judgement.  What happens after judgement?  Only God knows for sure.

Two.  Believing in God won't save you.  You must be born again.  Here's where the rubber meets the road.  When you're born again, your thinking changes.  You will have a hunger and thirst for God and his word and pleasing God will be the highest priority of your life.  If you don't have an innate desire to please God and an insatiable hunger and thirst for his word...you haven't been born again.  God is Spirit and his kingdom is Spiritual.  If you haven't been born again, you cannot see or enter the kingdom of God.

It was never God's plan for his children to live, die and go to "heaven."  His plan was (and still is) for us to live and enjoy his creation...for eternity.  The earth is our inheritance.  How you live your life, matters.  It will determine where you spend eternity.
