I know a lot of smart people who are failures.
They talk a good story, but never perform.
Whether it's the physical or spiritual, it's not what you know that makes you successful; it's what you do.
Knowing the Ten Commandments will get you nowhere, if you don't obey them.
I have learned a lot over the last thirty-plus years, but of one thing I am certain: How you live your life, does matter.
I've heard a lot of preacher's say that God grades on the curve; taking a pencil home from work is not as bad as killing someone. Sorry, taking a pencil home from work is still stealing...breaking the commandment, "Thou shalt not steal."
Jesus said that breaking the least of these commandments is the same as breaking them all; so whom do you believe?
Why would preachers lie about something that is so clear in scripture? Fire and brimstone doesn't fill the pews and collection plate...but all sinners will burn in the lake of fire and brimstone; so do you can hear it now...or experience it later.
Do Not Be Deceived:
You cannot lie, cheat and steal, and expect God to reward you with life and blessing...if you think he will, you don't know God.
You will not be able to stop sinning until you know, without a doubt, God is real.
Until you have been reborn Spiritually, until you know God is real...nothing else matters.
