What Is Truth?

At one time everyone believed the earth was flat; they were convinced the sun revolved around the earth.  About 500 years ago, a lot of people believed they could be "forgiven of sin" by paying the priest.  We now know, none of this is true.

So it is with a lot of the teaching in churches, on television, radio, and printed in books.  The same gospel has been preached for hundreds of years; but, what if they're wrong?  What if, like the Pharisees, they have erred in their interpretation of Scripture...knowingly or unknowingly.

Just because everyone believes something is true...doesn't make it truth.  Most preachers are not Spirit-filled...they only know what they learned in seminary.

If you get nothing else from this site, I urge you to stop listening to the words of man; and start listening to the Word of God.  Read your Bible...study, to show yourself approved and let the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth. 

If you haven't been reborn Spiritually, you must be born again to understand scripture, because the things of God are Spiritually discerned. 

Until you're reborn Spiritually...nothing else matters.
