Okay, this may be a stretch for entering the kingdom, but applying it will definitely change your life for the good.
A lot of preachers use 1 Corinthians 6:19, "Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost..." to coerce their congregations to quit smoking and drinking...those evil demons :-)
Let me make this clear...smoking and drinking are not sins. That doesn't mean they're good for you, but they're not sins.
Sin is unrighteousness. I don't think I can honestly call smoking and drinking righteous, but don't get hung up on it. Jesus said, "Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man, but that which cometh out of the mouth" (Matthew 15:11)
God knows the number of your days (Job 14:5) so "healthy eating," won't add one day to your life. It's not the quantity of life, it's the quality of life that is impacted by your diet.
You can have 72 years (or however many God has allowed you) of good health or 72 years racked with sickness and disease. It's your choice.
You can't undo the past, but what you eat can affect the future. I'm not suggesting you become a vegetarian; but If you want to change your life, eat to live, don't live to eat.
If you want a happier, healthier, wealthier life: Eat healthier food
